Your Mission as an Outside Sales Pro:

• Drive B2B sales by identifying, connecting with, and building relationships with local business leaders
• Develop and execute a winning sales plan to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Grow your territory by prospecting new accounts and nurturing existing client relationships
• Collaborate with your internal team to match great companies with great talent
• Be the go-to solution provider for clients' staffing and workforce needs

What You Bring to the Table:

• Prior outside sales , B2B marketing , or consultative sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset
• Tech-savvy: Able to type 35+ WPM (yes, we'll check!)
