Express Employment Professionals - Grand Forks is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new partnerships with companies in the region. You'll represent a trusted national brand while delivering local solutions that make a real difference in the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person visits, phone outreach, and networking
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across a variety of industries
• Collaborate with internal recruiting and account management teams to meet client needs
• Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and guide contract discussions
• Maintain a structured weekly sales plan aligned with business development goals
• Represent Express at community events and business functions to enhance brand visibility
• Consistently follow up with prospects and clients to ensure a high level of service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in business-to-business sales, client services, or a related field
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting, including cold calling and in-person meetings
• Strong communication skills-both verbal and written-with a professional presence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with using LinkedIn or similar platforms professionally
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
• Ability to thrive independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
