Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity exists at Raytheon for a Development Fab Integration Engineer II in our Development Fab to join our III-V process development engineering team working on gallium nitride-based devices and III-V focal plane array fabrication within the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department. This role requires a broad understanding of microelectronics wafer fabrication and processing techniques such as deposition, etch, lithography, backside, materials characterization, and metrology with expertise in one or more of these areas.
The chosen candidate is expected to develop intimate knowledge of the process integration, interaction between wafer fabrication modules for the various III-V process technologies, and excellent communication skills with the process development team, technical leads, Integrated Product Team leads, and functional management. The ideal candidate is expected to become an innovative and creative thinker across a variety of III-V compound semiconductor technologies and wafer fabrication processing including microelectronics processing techniques of deposition, etch, lithography, backside, materials characterization, and metrology.
This 1st shift role will be 100% on-site and based in Andover, MA.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the companys performance.
