About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the strategic and organizational leadership, with a focus on financial and business modeling to drive profitable growth and maximize shareholder value. This hands-on, servant leader will be responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations, and will lead all financial and back-office activities. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will be a strategic partner, assessing and evaluating financial performance, and working with other leaders to improve operations. They must have a strong financial leadership background, an owner mentality, and the ability to partner with investors. The CFO will also be involved in the development of the company's strategic business plans, and will be a key member of the executive management team, contributing to the strategic direction of the organization. The CFO will be expected to have a drive for results, be a team player, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and meritocracy. Essential job functions include participating in the development of strategic business plans, assessing financial performance, and leading all acquisition activities. The successful candidate will be a proactive, nimble individual, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency. They should be comfortable with constant change and growth, and be able to maintain outstanding relationships with banking partners and vendors. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial management, at least 5 years' experience as the head of the financial function, and a proven track record of optimizing cash flow and driving business performance.
